Slow Down From Head to Toe

What Is Reflexology Massage?

Reflexology is a form of bodywork that uses pressure on specific points of the feet. Jackie draws from her reflexology training and more than 15 years of massage experience to create a session that is thoughtful, relaxing, and tailored to you.

Pressure can be adjusted based on your comfort, and Jackie pays attention to how you respond throughout the session. Rather than treating every appointment like the same routine, she personalizes the experience around your preferences while giving your feet dedicated time and attention.

Reflexology massage may be a good fit if you:

• Enjoy foot massage and focused bodywork
• Spend a lot of time on your feet
• Want dedicated time to slow down and relax
• Prefer a massage experience centered primarily on the feet
• Want a session personalized around your comfort and preferences
• Want to enjoy reflexology without leaving home

A Full Session or Part of Your Massage

Want reflexology to be the focus of your appointment? Book it as a dedicated massage service and give your feet some well-deserved attention.

If you'd rather incorporate reflexology into another type of massage, reflexology techniques are also available as an optional enhancement. Talk with Jackie about adding them to your session based on the kind of massage experience you're looking for.
