Personalized Massage Through Pregnancy & Beyond

Comfort & Care During Pregnancy

Prenatal massage is adapted around the changing needs of your body during pregnancy. Jackie takes the time to understand how you're feeling, what feels comfortable, and where you'd like additional attention before tailoring the session around you.

With her training in prenatal massage and more than 15 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, Jackie approaches each session with care, attention to detail, and a focus on creating a comfortable experience.

Prenatal massage may be a good fit when you're looking for:

• Time to slow down and relax
• A massage adapted around your changing body
• Attention to areas of everyday tension or discomfort
• A personalized approach based on how you're feeling that day
• The convenience and privacy of massage in your own home

Throughout your session, Jackie can adjust the massage around your comfort and preferences. If you have questions about what to expect from a prenatal massage or whether it is appropriate for you, talk with Jackie before scheduling your appointment.

Time to Care for Yourself, Too

After pregnancy, it can be easy for your own time and comfort to fall pretty far down the list.

Postnatal massage gives you dedicated time to slow down and enjoy personalized bodywork based on how you're feeling after pregnancy. Jackie listens to what you're looking for and adjusts the pressure, techniques, and areas of focus around your comfort and preferences.

Whether you're looking for time to relax, attention to areas of everyday tension, or simply an opportunity to make a little time for yourself, your massage is built around what feels right for you.

And because Jackie comes directly to your home, you don't have to add another appointment location or drive to your day. She brings the massage experience to you.

A Little Easier When the Massage Comes to You

Getting comfortable enough for a massage shouldn't require getting comfortable enough for a car ride first.

Spirit Fingers is 100% mobile. Jackie brings her massage table and supplies directly to your home, allowing you to enjoy your prenatal or postnatal massage in a familiar, private space.

When your session is over, you're already home. There's no drive back, no additional stop, and no need to immediately head somewhere else.

Spirit Fingers is based in Trinity, Florida and provides in-home massage throughout nearby Pasco and North Pinellas communities.
